Production of the Find Green Money website.
This site indexes 'green' grants, subsidies, loans, rebates, etc. offered by the Australian Government, individual States, local governments, and some non government organisations.

The task was to:
- translate business requirements into web specifications
- improve internal business practices
- develop a services support website
Client: University of NSW

This project resulted in the improved find-ability of references to Australian Standards on AustLII databases. A prototype website for individual Australian Standards was also developed. A second phase of this project extended to providing search solutions on both AustLII and non AustLII legal resources.
The International Classification for Standards Scheme (ICS) and the The Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS) were analysed, mapped, and utilized to improved find-ability of Standards. An alert service will piggyback off these classification schemes.

Client: Rabobank
We made recommendations on usability issues associated with the intranet search interface and search results; the potential use of metadata to improve search results; and the merits of various search engines.

Client: NSW Dept of Commerce
Find It Information Management identified metadata sets and information management techniques to deliver information as required by the information architecture. We also developed the Departmental subject thesaurus. See: http://www.environment.nsw.gov.au/ for a demonstration of the use of the thesaurus as the A-Z subject index on the public website.
